–67 lbs and no breakdowns this week.

Six months ago I couldn’t walk more than 200 m without flaring up an injury. Every time I tried to push past 5 km, I broke down.

This week I finally broke the wall. I walked 100,000 steps, hit a new low on the scale (–67 lbs), and proved that glute training + neural stretching could actually hold up in real life.

(Catch up on Part 1 first: [Part 1 link])

This was the real test of whether ChatGPT’s plan would get me through the barrier. It did.

What’s next:
I’ll be sharing the Glute-First Walking Tutorial and a deep-dive on Neural Stretching over the next few days, so keep an eye out. If you want the exact printable routines, they’re already live for Patrons.

Thanks for reading — and for being part of this experiment as it unfolds.
