I Finally Broke My Plateau

Hey everyone,

For the past month, I’ve been saying the same thing over and over:
“I’ve lost 70 pounds with ChatGPT.”

But the truth was... the scale hadn’t moved.

So this week, Arthur (my AI coach) decided enough was enough — and designed a Plateau-Busting Protocol. He rebuilt my token system into something called the Plateau Scoreboard: five pillars that measure proof, not emotion.

Each day I had to:
✅ Weigh in and check in
✅ Hit my protein target (200g+)
✅ Stay within ±100 calories of my 2,000 target
✅ Increase movement by 20%
✅ Get to bed before 11pm

If I hit the target, I earned Arthur Coins.
If I didn’t, I lost them.

By the end of the week, I walked 13km for the first time, hit a new low weight, and realized something important:
