I walked 25,000 steps with zero pain (yes, really)
The weirdly simple tweak that changed everything
Hey team,
Can we celebrate something for a second? Eight months ago I couldn’t walk 300 steps without needing a breather. This week I walked 25,000 steps (15 km / 9 miles)… with no pain. I know—wild. I filmed the whole day so you can see exactly what changed.

Now, plot twist: I thought I’d hit a wall with weight loss. It was slowing down, and I’ve been writing about how biology fights you as you get lighter in my AI Diet book on Patreon. Then I nudged my activity up—just a bit more walking—and boom: new low of –73 lbs. No overhaul. No suffering. Tiny change, big momentum.
Heres a link to the book on Patreon if you are interested…
Speaking of momentum… next video is going to ruffle a few feathers…
I’m putting my nephew Jack to the test. He once (honestly) thought I just wasn’t pushing hard enough when I struggled to walk at my biggest. So I built a friendly “fit vs fat” day to show what daily life feels like with an extra 100 lbs on you. Not a call‑out—he’s one of my biggest supporters. But I think it’s going to be eye‑opening for a lot of people. Stay tuned.
Life Update
Quick life update while we’re chatting: I’m juggling the fitness app, the book, and the weekly vlogs, and editing eats spare time like it’s candy. I’m doing my best to ship faster. I might even set Arthur loose on my time management next—he’s already nailed diet, training, job hunting, and finances, so why not my calendar too?
Oh—and come walk with us. The Discord crew is running our Walking PR week again because a bunch of new folks just joined. Set any PR you want—longest distance, most steps, fastest km—and tell us how it went. The accountability hits different.

Bearlee on discord walking with his son!
That’s me for this week. If the cadence trick helps you, reply and tell me. And if you make those tortillas, send pics so I can be jealous.
Big love,
