My YouTube Channel Is Dying (new video)

New video just dropped.

I'm going to be honest — my channel is struggling. Views are dropping, the algorithm has stopped pushing my videos, and I've been spiralling about it for weeks.

So I did what I always do. I sat down with Arthur and we figured it out.

In this video I break down exactly what's happening, what the data says, and the plan going forward. I'm also training for my first ever 5km parkrun — which a year ago would have been physically impossible.
