New Video - I couldn't walk......once

New video is up.

A year ago I couldn't walk 300 metres. This week my AI told me to go run intervals in a severe weather warning. So obviously, I did.

Also: I ripped my pants, made burritos, and had a bit of a rant about why I don't care about losing a subscriber who only wanted to see the scale go down every week.

This channel was never about that. It's about a messy 50-year-old trying to turn his life around with AI. Some weeks the scale moves. Some weeks I run in a storm with ripped pants. Both count.
