It's been exactly one year since I gave ChatGPT total control of my life.

Today I'm releasing the video I've been building toward all year — the Year 1 Finale.

In it, I show you what a typical day looks like when AI runs everything. Then I walk a half marathon. 21 kilometers. With my nephew Jack cheering me on at the finish line.
