Why I fired ChatGPT (after 50,000 messages)

I’ve sent over 50,000 messages to ChatGPT in the last year.

That data represents a massive shift in my life. It represents the "Second Brain" that helped me lose 73lbs, fix my sleep, and finally get my executive function under control.

For a long time, I thought ChatGPT was the ultimate partner. But recently, I hit a wall.

I realized that while ChatGPT is an incredible assistant (great for tasks, lists, and quick answers), it is not a great consultant. It does what it's told, but it rarely questions why I'm doing it.

I needed something that could look at the mess of my life and find the root cause, not just put a band-aid on it.

So, I switched my entire "Life Operating System" to Claude.

In this week's video, I’m breaking down the exact reason why.

In this video, I cover:

  • The "Life Manifesto": The exact prompt structure I use to program AI with my goals, context, and flaws.

  • The Executive Function Fix: How to use AI to bypass decision fatigue (the science behind why willpower fails).

  • The Showdown: I put ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to the test by asking them to design a 5-month marathon training plan for my nephew. One of them gave me a generic list. One of them gave me a multi-sheet Excel strategy.

If you’ve been feeling like you're stuck in a loop with your current AI workflows, this might be the shift you need.
